Different hoses can be used for various tasks; some of the tasks are so difficult that the hoses might have to deal with tasks like drilling wells. Hoses for hydraulic machine have to be durable enough to take on huge pressure and withstand high pressures. Hydraulic hose must match the highest pressure in the hydraulic system. Usually the hydraulic system has at least two hoses, one is for the high pressure and other is for the low pressure returning hose. Two hoses have couplings to crimp on to each to make a fitting, in this way, the hose is able to take the pressure and work efficiently. The pressure mentioned above comes from the pump, which is the power source in the hydraulic system. Hydraulic hoses are used by construction and farming implements, so the hose has to be replaced or removed without having any waste of the air that might be accumulated in the system. Unlike the rubber one, the hydraulic hose has very speedy disconnection provisions. The quick changing provisions can help them to replace various tools to power sources.
The features of the hydraulic hoses, compare to rubber hoses, are heavier, stiffer and sturdier. Since they work under high pressure working environment, they have to be built up during pumping of hydraulic fluid so that they can withstand the heat. At the same time, the cooling system plays an important part in the working system to prevent from over-heated. As for the type of the hoses, they usually have a burst rating of four times the pressure rating. Though a lower rated hose can work for a short time, the hoses will still fatigue and fail in a very short time. The best way to keep away the failure is to apply the failed hose to make sure if they can match the hydraulic flow circuit pressure ratings or not. This is a crucial trial especially for some factories; they would not want to see the waste on failed products coming out from the hydraulic hose machine.
