DIY Your Own Screen Printing

Nowadays, possessing one designed and featured t-shirt is universal and attractive. There are several companies providing customized services to customers; however, the price is expensive to purchase one. So, it gets more on the rage that we do the screen printing for t-shirts for ourselves at home rather than using screen printers. Here comes some simple steps to DIY your own special t-shirt.

Step 1: Choose your own design

Firstly, choose your own graphic picture that you want to make screen printing.

Step 2: Stretch the fabric and tighten

Secondly, put your fabric into embroidery hoop and stretch the fabric. Just make sure the fabric is tightened inside both hoops, inner and outer.

Step 3: Draw a design

Turn over the hoop so that the screen is facing upwards. Next, take up your paintbrush and dyestuffs starting drawing.

Step 4: Spread screen filler

In this step, first to do is place the newspaper under the screen. And then apply screen filler at a 45 degree angle all around the screen. Repeat several times until you cover the whole screen. Next, lay the screen completely dried.

Step5: Wash out the dyestuffs

Wash the screen in order to remove dyestuffs from the dried screen. The screen filler would remain on the screen. The ink of your drawing will pass through the screen to create an image on your t-shirt. And dry it completely again.

Step6: Examine your screen

Lay your screen on test paper and place some screen-printing ink onto the top of your screen. Hold squeegee at a 45 degree angle and apply the ink to the whole screen. Turn squeegee over and pull squeegee upwards. Repeat this action about 3 times.

Step7: Screen printing

Print the image on your t-shirt, and it will be done successfully!

By above the steps you can design your own unique screen printing at home. And it is redundant to have a product through producers by screen printers. This is the great way to be economic and chic.

Metallized Films

Metallized films (or metallised films) are polymer films coated with a thin layer of metal, usually aluminium. They offer the glossy metallic appearance of an aluminium foil at a reduced weight and cost. Metallised films are widely used for decorative purposes and food packaging, and also for speciality applications including insulation and electronics.

Metallised films were first used for decorative purposes as Christmas tinsel, and continue to be used for items such as wrappers and ribbons. The metallic helium filled novelty balloons given as gifts are made of metallised BoPET and often called Mylar balloons commercially.

Metallised films are used as a susceptor for cooking in microwave ovens. An example is a microwave popcorn bag. Many food items are also packaged using metallised films for appearance only, as these produce a package with greater sparkle when compared to competing products that use printed paper or polymer films.

Crack Almost Any Electronic Safe with the Bounce Technique

If you have a electronic safe with a passcode entry, a few things could go wrong. You could forget the code, the electronic mechanism could fail, or someone could change the code without you knowing. In the event you need to break into your own electronic safe, here's how to do it.

The technique you use to crack an electronic safe is called safe bouncing (which is an accurate name once you see how it's done). It's apparently easy enough for a kid to do, but looks like it could take a bit of practice. As you can see in the video above, you literally drop part of the safe against the table (or whatever surface it's resting upon) while turning the locking knob. If your timing is right, you'll have turned the knob when the safe's lock bounces open for a brief moment. This works because many cheaper safes have locks that lift. Better safes have counterweight mechanisms so the lock is held in place even when the safe is moving. You won't be able to bounce those open, but you'll have no problem with the lower-end options. If you're successful, the deadbolts will recede into the safe's door and you'll be able to open it up.

While good for those times when you lose your passcode, it's not so great for those times when someone tries to rob you. If you're concerned about the safety of a given safe, you might want to try this bouncing technique before your purchase.

How To Beak Into Most Digital Safes

This tutorial will show you how to break into pretty much any digital safe it is a easy way to get into a safe if you have lost your key, the batterys run out or you just are getting into mischive. I dont care if you do use this for bad, but just on your head be it.

This obviously wont work on bank safes but lots of other household and hotel safes

How To Install A Wall Safe

Locate the wall studs with a stud sensor or hammer and nail. Then, use a level to draw a 14¼-inch square onto the wall between the two studs. Cut out the opening with a drywall saw; work carefully to make sure you don't cut into electrical wiring. (If you find some, you'll have to push it aside or reroute it.)

The left and right edges of the cutout will extend ¼-inch beyond the studs on each side of the opening. Fill in these spaces with wood shims or strips of ¼-inch plywood to build the studs out flush with the edges of the opening. Secure the wood with finishing nails.

With its door open, tilt the safe into the opening and press it flush against the wall.

Fasten the safe to the studs with the four screws provided. Install the two removable steel shelves, if desired. Note that you’ll need both the three-digit combination and the key to open the safe.

Make Your Own DIY Stylus Pen

In computing, a stylus pen is a small pen-shaped instrument that is used to input commands to a computer screen, mobile device or graphics tablet. With touchscreen devices, a user places a stylus on the surface of the screen to draw or make selections by tapping the stylus on the screen.

Pen-like input devices which are larger than a stylus, and offer increased functionality such as programmable buttons, pressure sensitivity and electronic erasers, are often known as digital pens.

How Captive Stylus Functions

There are several different kinds of capacitive stylus. But in general, they all work by using an array of sensors to monitor the electrostatic field around the screen. When your finger touches the screen, it changes the electrical capacitance of that portion of the screen. This is detected as a change in voltage at various locations. The microprocessor captures, filters, and analyzes the data. Then it calculates the coordinates of where the touch occurred. You can read more about capacitive sensing here:

When a capacitive stylus is used, the same principles apply. The only difference is that the stylus is acting as a conductor to transmit electrical charge between your hand and the phone. In order to function properly, a capacitive stylus must meet several criteria.

1. A conductive surface: It must be able conduct an electrical charge between your hand and the screen. If the material is too resistive or if the distance between your hand and the screen is too great, the signal reaching the screen may be too weak to be detected.

2. At least 1/4 inch wide: When filtering data, the processor ignores areas that are significantly smaller than a human finger tip. This helps avoid unintentional activation. Having a stylus that is about 1/4 inch wide will ensure that there is enough surface area to be detected.

3. A relatively flat end: Having a flat tip ensures that the whole face can get close enough to the screen to be detected.

4. A smooth surface: This will ensure that you don't scratch up your screen.
